FlightBuddys is a platform that connects travelers on the same flight, allowing them to find potential travel companions, share expenses, and enhance their travel experience. We provide a matching service based on flight information provided by users.

3. User Accounts

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to share your account credentials with others or allow others to access your account.

4. User Conduct

• Provide false, misleading, or inaccurate flight information
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Post offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content

5. Flight Information

You are responsible for the accuracy of all flight information you provide. FlightBuddys does not verify flight details and is not responsible for any discrepancies. Users should verify flight information independently before making travel arrangements.

6. Payments and Refunds

6.1 Payment

Access to the buddy list for a specific flight requires a one-time payment. Payments are processed securely through PayPal. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law or at our sole discretion.

6.2 Refunds

Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to deny refunds for any reason, including but not limited to misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

7. User Interactions

FlightBuddys facilitates connections between users but is not responsible for:

• The conduct, actions, or safety of other users
• Any agreements or arrangements made between users
• Any disputes or conflicts between users
• Any financial transactions between users outside our platform

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. We recommend exercising caution and using your best judgment when meeting people through our Service.

8. Safety Guidelines

For your safety, we recommend:

• Meeting in public places, especially for first-time meetings
• Informing friends or family about your plans
• Verifying the identity of potential travel companions
• Trusting your instincts and reporting suspicious behavior
• Not sharing sensitive personal or financial information

9. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FlightBuddys and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any part of the Service without our prior written permission.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your profile settings.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLIGHTBUDDYS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any conduct or content of third parties on the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code
